WE PREPARE AND MATCH THE RIGHT CANDIDATES
Candidates join our private talent database after resume improvement and initial screening. Employers receive only qualified, relevant matches.
WE COORDINATE INTERVIEWS AND SUPPORT BOTH SIDES
We schedule interviews, provide coaching, and assist with communication to ensure clarity, confidence, and a strong match for both employers and candidates.
Successful Placement- With a 10% Fee
If an employer hires a candidate we refer, the fee is only 10% of the annual salary — much lower than typical agencies. Job seekers pay nothing for placement.
